DELIVERY & RETURNS
Once you have placed your order we are unable to amend or cancel.
We do offer returns and you can return your order within 14 days and must arrive back to us no later than 28 days from the delivery date. Please contact us here to start your return. Once the process is complete, you will be emailed a return label and will be subject to cover the return cost. We will happily exchange your item or issue you a refund for all or part of your order. If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, you must first return your original item and place a new order. Please keep your proof of postage safe until your return is confirmed via email.
If a refund is selected, all successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Please be aware that we cannot process returned items which has been worn and if the security seal is broken/tampered with. Please ensure that when you try your items on, all product tags remain in tact, that you are not wearing strong aftershaves/perfume and is in a resell-able condition (at our discretion).
We currently use Royal Mail for all UK, EU & International orders and offer free shipping to the UK (48 hours tracked).
When importing items to outside of the UK, this will normally trigger a customs inspection. We always provide the correct paperwork with your order.
Customs may or may not charge an import duty. This is outside of our control. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs. Please note that you will always be responsible for paying any import charges.
